Meditation Retreat Rishikesh India Fee Inclusions:

  • The cost for the yoga retreat includes a private room with a bathroom and hot/cold running water at all times.
  • The fee also includes three vegetarian meals daily, with breakfast in the morning.
  • Guests are recommended to arrive and depart on Sundays. For yoga and Ayurveda retreats of 7 days, 14 Days or 21 Days, it’s best to start on Monday morning.
  • On free days, guests are welcome to go outside the ashram or do personal activities based on the flexible schedule.
  • Ayurveda massages are available for an additional fee for retreats lasting 7 days, 14 Days and 21 Days.
  • Each day starts with yogic cleansing and mantra chanting, followed by morning asana and pranayama sessions.
  • Evenings include a yoga session, followed by meditation or Yoga Nidra. A variety of in-house activities are also offered throughout the week.
  • Accommodations are in cozy cottage-style rooms with private bathrooms.
  • If interested in Ayurveda therapies, guests can consult with the Ayurveda doctor. Consultations and therapies are charged separately based on selection.
  • All programs begin on Mondays year-round. Sunday is the recommended arrival/departure day, especially for those joining the yoga retreat only.
  • On Sundays and public holidays, there is no set schedule. Guests are free to explore or relax as they choose.
