Welcome to Yogant Foundation. Think of it as a quiet breathing space—a place where the ancient wisdom of Yoga meets your own personal search for health, happiness, and deeper understanding. Our roots are in Rishikesh, India, tucked into the Himalayan foothills right beside the sacred Ganga. But Yogant Foundation offers something far richer than just yoga lessons.
Here, we don’t see Yoga as simply a series of postures. It’s a path. A beautiful, unfolding journey that gently brings together your body, mind, and soul. Whether you join us for a peaceful retreat, an in-depth teacher-training program, a meditation session, or a healing therapy, everything we do is designed to guide you toward clarity, balance, and genuine transformation. We’re here to support seekers from every corner of the global community.
Year after year, our foundation welcomes thousands of visitors, travellers, and truth-seekers. They arrive carrying different hopes—some longing for stillness, others for healing, many simply for a moment to breathe. What they find is a sanctuary. An oasis where the noise of the outside world fades, replaced by the quiet rhythm of inner work and self-discovery. There’s a sense of shared humanity here, a feeling that you’re not alone on this journey.
At Yogant, we honor the timeless traditions while keeping our doors wide open to the modern soul. No matter where you come from or what you believe, you are welcome. This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the part of you that already feels whole. It’s a return to yourself—nurtured by the serene energy of the Himalayas and the endless flow of the Ganga. A place to simply be.

Yogant Foundation's vision, simple yet profound, is to bring Yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health to the masses. Yoga transcends all religions and cultural boundaries. This timeless tradition is something we want to share with the entire world. Our goal is to establish a place where:
Balyogi Premvarni Ji is remembered as a humble spiritual teacher whose life was devoted to yoga, meditation and self discovery. From an early age he was attracted to spiritual learning and elected the way of discipline rather than comfort. Then he went to Rishikesh and the Himalayan region, where he spent years studying, meditating and learning from experienced masters.
His teachings were unique for their simplicity. He didn't just present yoga as a physical exercise. For him yoga was a complete way of life that helped people understand their thoughts, emotions, body and inner self. Instead of looking for instant results, he exhorted his students to practise with patience, honesty and regularity.
Through meditation, pranayama, silence and spiritual guidance Balyogi Premvarni Ji inspired many seekers to live with greater awareness and peace. His words were soft but his message was strong: growth starts within.
People connected with yoga and spirituality continue to draw inspiration from his life even today. His commitment, humility and service teach us that a life of purpose is created through discipline, kindness and an authentic pursuit to understand oneself deeply, distinctly and honestly every day.
